Relationship Therapy: Désirée supports individuals, couples, and families in improving their relationships, focusing on communication, boundary-setting, and healthy dynamics.
Addiction Recovery: With extensive experience in addiction recovery, Désirée aids clients in reducing or quitting substance use, addressing the root causes of trauma that lead to addiction through a focus on childhood relationships and relational attachment, and by promoting sustainable sobriety.
Expat Transition & Relocation Stress: Navigating the hidden psychological challenges of cross-border transitions, including identity shifts, isolation, relationship strain in a new environment, and maintaining recovery or mental wellness away from home.
Family Dynamics: In family dynamics therapy, Désirée teaches healthy communication, supporting families through crises to promote collective recovery.
